Shipping & Returnes

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This indicates that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically begin preparing it for immediate shipping (within 1-3 business days).

Order Shipment:

Your order will ship within 1-3 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at venusglassart@gmail.com.

ETA for most orders is 8-14 business days after your order has been shipped.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should make a note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to venusglassart@gmail.com, and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Returns:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at venusglassart@gmail.com.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at venusglassart@gmail.com.

Shipping:

Please send us an email before returning the item, and we will provide you with the address for it. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
